Software Clean

This is a general cleanup of your computer, we will usually start most jobs with this even if escalation is needed. The cleanup will remove viruses, spware, adaware, any unwanted problems and usually speeds a computer up.

Wipe/Reprogram

With this process, we will first take a FULL copy of your data, and then competely wipe your hard disk. The hard disk is then reprogrammed with your licenced operating system and the relevant data extracted from the copy we made previously. This ensures all those little unwanted programs, virus's and general nastiness are left behind. This is generally last resort, but some customers request this service anyway.

On-Site Support

We have a dedicated on-site technician, who can visit business and homes, for broadband and hardware installs, general checkups and troubleshooting. We operate 3 time slots a day, Monday to Friday, at 10.30, 12 and 3.

Data Recovery

This is a broad title that covers a multitude of options. We can extract the hard drive from a failing computer and transfer its data to a target of your choice. As long as disk activity has been at a minimum, we can perform a raw data recovery on your hard disk to recover deleted files. Unfortunately we cannot offer a guarantee to recover your data, but if this is the case we will fully explain the problems to you.

Trouble Shooting

These are the weirder problems, the ones that make no sense or belong in an episode of the X-Files. We take the time to research, diagnose then cure these problems. We only charge for the time taken in these case, and if it looks like a big one we will, of course, let you know first before carrying out any work.
